13 hrs of instruction packed into this fast paced, kick-butt weekend of intensive Argentine Tango for beginning level dancers! Includes all the basics elements – walking, forward and back ochos, and molinetes plus introduction to Milonga (the dance) and segments on customs of Argentine Tango, history & musicality. The “Elite Tango Force” , a group of more experienced dancers, will be on hand to guide you thru the boot camp by partnering the boot camp recruits. This unique system makes Christy’s Boot Camps the best possible way to learn. No previous experience necessary, just the willingness to learn a lot in a short period of time. Perfect for those with some dance experience who are newcomers to Argentine Tango and for those that have had some beginning level classes in Argentine Tango. No partner needed. 13 hrs of instruction packed into this fast paced, kick-butt weekend of intensive Argentine Tango for experienced dancers. The focus of this boot camp is the signature style of Murat & Michelle. Take a look at their website for inspiration at www.muratandmichelle.com. One of the things Murat & Michelle do best is teach musicality. The Sat program will be dedicated to just that! Sunday will be reserved for advanced figures and technique. Christy and other teachers will be on hand to assist the Boot Camp as well.
This is the first time since Christy’s Boot Camps began in Jan of 2007 that a boot camp is not taught by Christy (sometime with various partners). Murat & Michelle were invited because of their unique approach to the dance which Christy feels worthy of her Boot Camp reputation! Don’t miss this opportunity to study with these two amazing dancers and teachers.

Consultation Sessions
$50/hour
Christy offers consultation for dance professionals who want to build tango programs in their schools, individuals planning tango festivals or other events, writing tango related books, or creating tango related products. Consultations are sit down sessions. Sessions involving dance movement including teacher training or certification exams are billed at the private lesson rate.
